How long have you been in business?

We have been in business four (4) years. Our business is small, but mighty, and continuing to grow.

What kind of training do your employees receive?

Any new employees work with our Facilities Manager to be trained in our detailed cleaning process. They are versed on the level of quality that we expect to see and constructive feedback is part of our daily work.

What levels of precaution are you taking for COVID?

At every property, we wear masks and gloves. If any of our staff is sick, or showing signs of sickness, we will reschedule or send someone else.

Are you insured, licensed, and bonded?

Yes, we are insured, licensed, and bonded. We are happy to provide the details before hand, and they are included with the contract process.

What kind of quality control checks do you use to assure reliability?

We value a team effort and constructive feedback. Before finishing any job, we confirm that every area has been cleaned to the level of quality that we promise to give. If you ever have an issue, please communicate with us.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for a cancelation. We value your time, and do our best to be efficient with our time. Giving advanced notice allows for the time needed to reschedule your cleaning visit.

How do you screen your employees?

We require that all of our employees receive a background check and are thoroughly vetted before moving forward. They need to align with our values and have a history of integrity and honesty.

What kind of green cleaning program do you have?

We are able to offer quality green cleaning products to each customer that requests that. During our initial conversation we’ll ask if this is a direction you’d like to go.

What happens if there is a facility issue that we see?

We’ll inform you or your staff about the issue (example: leaky roof, dripping faucet, etc.) if we see something during our visit. We train all of our employees to engage and have open communication.

Maxine & Darryl

I (Maxine) had been a front office worker/manager for medical offices for almost twenty years and got burnt out. I initially got into the cleaning business to make extra money along side with my full-time job, and to spend more time with my family. After I started cleaning for a while I wanted to launch my own company to be able to increase our financial stability and set our own schedule beneficial for our family.

We are personable and friendly while always maintaining professionalism at all times. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service while still having fun while we work. We clean with enthusiasm and joy while always maintaining strong client relations.
